Layer Behavior Trace Mouse

Hello.

I am looking for a script or what I need to have to get a layer to drag up and
down, following the mouse movement.

I have it as a click and drag at the moment but I want the layer to follow the
mouse movement.
I have it constrained 0 left and 0 right.
