Jump menu within the same page

Hello
I saw in one website that there was a jump menu for picture gallery in the
same page - that when click on an name the picture changes (on the bottom)
but not the whole page.
Basically they used it only to change the pictures. I can't figure how they
did it can you help?

Have a look at the source of the page but i could have been done with either
Flash, javascript or an Iframe.
