jump button

I am currently working on a website and trying to use a jump-down menu. I
inserted the jump-down menu near the bottom of the page with 5 items to
display. The problem is, there is not much room at the bottom of the page,
so is it possible to display the items as upwards list ie when you click on
the down arrow the list appear on top of the arrow.

Please help
