JavaScript SmartTags / AutoCompletion How To

Dear Group,

One of the functions that I most regret losing when I changed from VS.NET to Dreamweaver MX was the autocompletion and smart-tags for javascript (or JScript). Is there a way to add this functionality to Dreamweaver MX? I am getting the idea that you could add the tag-library to the library list, but I can't find a javascript tag library.
