Javascript error on open browser behavior

Running DW2004MX on XP-SP2. After attempting to apply an open new browser
behavior to a link, I am getting mutliple js error messages starting with
"DWMenu_Commands.....". I have reinstalled DW and DWMX runs OK but does not
have the required behaviors. Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.
