Japanese Text in Buttons

Hi

Sorry if this has been covered before - I couldn't find an answer on the
forums.

How can I use Japanese (or indeed Chinese) text in buttons? - I have UTF-8
encoding set for each page and the rest of the site is fine - however, Japanese
text won't appear in the value box in Properties in relation to the button?

Does anyone have an answer please?
