Invalid Markup when inserting a Frame - 12-25-2003 , 07:05 PM

Hi,

First off, Marry Christmas.

I am having a problem with the frames. I am trying to insert/create a frame within the html code of one of my pages and I cannot do it. Can someone tell me how to do this? I went to the w3schools.com but the information is very limited.

I need your help, please
