instead of F5

hello,

i will be updating my web site frequently. i realized, some people's browser
settings are not adjusted to see new updates that web sites make. if they hit
F5, they see my updates. How can I make sure that my web site is refreshed and
updated everytime someone opens it regardless of what box is checked or
unchecked in their IE settings?

Put this meta tag in the page's <head>

<meta http-equiv="pragma" content="no-cache">

Ew....

"The solution is to play to the buffer. If you're really serious about the
Pragma working, place another set of HEAD tags at the bottom of the
document, before the end HTML tag and re-enter the Pragma. This is a
suggestion straight from Microsoft Support."
