Default inserting time date - 08-03-2003 , 09:56 AM

I have read the tutorial/reference material but do not know the porper way to describe the function needed to have a web page show the date and time for lets say , new york, london and sydney. I have found this in webpages but have hit a road block. Any help be appreciated.

Here are two:
http://www.hotscripts.com/cgi-bin/search.cgi?bool=AND&query=world+times&catid=26

However, bear in mind they're basing the output on the users time and
date settings. If they are wrong, the clocks will also show wrong time.

Both also need the user to have javascript enabled.
