inserting a nav bar

I have a web page in dreamweaver and I bulit a custom navigation menu in Adobe
Image Ready that I want to insert into my dreamweaver page. The Image Ready
file(my custom navigation menu) is saved as a an html file with its own images
folder.
How do I insert my menu bar into my HTML page? Do I need to make a table for
it, then insert it? Confused, please help!
