Default inserting a background and get message this is notavalid URL - 03-25-2009 , 11:13 AM

:confused;
I'm new at this and have had the Dreamweaver CS3 for a year and gone through
help books and videos and I've followed instructions but I keep getting this
message that the jpg is not a valid URL. I'm not dumb, but I can't seem to get
this. Someone, please help.
