insertbar

I'm trying to insert a new object in my insertbar (dreamweaverMX)

I use this command in my insertbar.xml file

< categoryid="DW_InsertBar_ MyObjects"folder=" My Objects"></ category>

Now you should see a new tab "My objects"

Allthough I do everything according the book nothing happens! Furthermore I
can change a lot of things in the insertbar.xml file and still nothing
happens?

What do I do wrong?
