insert multiple records from a table into another table (Happy new yesr to all)

Hi there,

I want to insert multiple records into a table,
I extract some records from a table (table one) using filter (like date) and
I want to insert them all into another table.
I use ASP VBScript and the DB is MS-SQL 2000.
Please those who can help me are welcome to do so, even with just an idea
which might seem to without sens.
