Thanks Murray, that explains a lot of things I am seeing. I will be working on
that again Monday or Tuesday - I just hired a new employee and Friday turned
into a training day. Thanks for your help ! Craig

Craig's problem is similar to one I'm having. I'm rewriting a very old
(PageMill!!!) site in DWCS3. I have several rollover buttons in scattered
regions of various pages, such that it didn't seem helpful to create templates.
As it got tedious re-doing the same thing multiple times, I thought library
items might be a useful way to store these. But having learned here that
behaviors can't be stored in library items, is there another recommended
shortcut for repetitive use of these buttons?

You only read half of the sentence. You cannot apply behaviors to Library
items. You can CERTAINLY make a Library item from an element that has a
behavior applied to it.

Does this mean it's a matter of the sequence used in creating a library item? I
had an earlier issue with body tags becoming part of library items because of
rollover "onload". I took them out manually but wasn't sure I had solved the
problem. As long as the rollover is added to the page before the region is
moved to a library item, should it work OK?
