Insert ImageReady extension

Way back when I (thought I) knew what I was doing, I used and
extension from Lynda.com that would insert my Image Ready html code
(for rollovers, etc) into Dreamweaver without the copy and paste
hastle.

I am now using Dreamweaver 8 and have been out of the web page game
for a few years and that extension is no longer available from
Lynda.com.

Anyone no where it went or know of a similar extension available?
