Insallation problem with dreamweaver

Okay, I've got Dreamweaver CS3 and I've tried installing it innumerable times
and each time I do the fake file copy initializer comes up and does it's thing
but then nothing after that. Then since it didn't seem to work I tried to
install Photoshop CS3 and it says that another adobe install is running and to
finish it first any ideas? Thanks.

P.S. I've tried restarting before the PS install and it still tells me there's
another install happening and to finish it first

Contact Adobe regarding this problem. They would be better suited to help you
out.

I believe the problem lies in temporary files, and possibly a registry entry,
which is sensing that an installation started but did not complete and they
would be the best to tell you which files would be preventing this installation.

Okay, thanks, just figured I may get a quicker response here if anyone knew.
