Index page disappears

My webhost, CIHost, sold a part of their business and my site went to another
provider, X7hosting. After several hrs of messing around, I was up and running
but when I made a change to my homepage www.albertson-design.com/index.html and
put it to the server it shows up as a white blank page and in the remote site
file list it shows up as 0kb instead of the 9kb that it is on the local files
listing. All other pages seem to be ok but you can't access them without typing
in the entire urls.
Any clues?? Tyhanks for your help

Sounds like your new host has throttled your storage budget - zero byte
files are typically how it looks when you have exceeded your storage
capacity. Ask the new host. Then change to a host that has a clue.
