Importing word processed html file

I need to import html files created with WordPerfect. In v3 I chose the Word filter and things worked fine. Now MX will not cooperate(freezes). Is there a filter for WordPerfect or a work around?

You would need to save the file as HTML in WP, and then open it in DMX.
Most native wordprocessor document files contain many control and
non-printable characters that are sure to flummox most HTML authoring
systems.
