Wherever you want them. When you import the exported files, DW checks to
see if the path to the root folder of the stated site is correct. If it is
not correct, then you will have to tell DW where that root folder actually
is.
Go into the Site Manager for User A, and tell us where the root folder is
(what is the path to it as shown in the "Local root folder" field of the
site definition) for one of your sites, please.
