Importing a DTD in XML?

Y'all:

I have a DTD for a document type I'd like to import into Dreamweaver, or just
use for an XML document I'm working on. Is this possible? I'd rather not
convert the file to html, just work on in straight XML mode, using the DTD as
the "template," I suppose. I've looked all over the DW website, and don't seem
to see any information on how to do this.

Edit > Tag Libraries

Check the docs for additional details on creating custom tag libraries out
of DTD or XSD schemas
