Imported Word File w/ Table of Contents

I'm working w/ a few files created by another person in Microsoft Word. I've imported the files into Dreamweaver and cleaned up the MS Word HTML garbage as well as I can and the Table of Contents on all of the files link correctly within all of the files. My question is whether or not there is an easy way to automatically make each of the linked sections into its own page/htm file? I want to keep from copying and pasting content from around 200 pages into separate html files if I can figure out an automated solution. I haven't been able to find any writing about a feature like this. Has anyone out there tried it or does anyone have a quick solution idea? I'm not holding out hope so off I go to begin my copy/paste marathon...
