Image viewer does not show up online

Hi, I'm a beginner trying to learn Dreamweaver CS3.
I followed the instructions to add Image Viewer on my website but once
all the files are uploaded, the image viewer does not show up
online.
However, it does show up when I check the page through Dreamweaver.
I tried to fix the problem through looking at other forum but I seem
to get nowhere.
Please help! Thanks in advance.
