I used image placeholders to design the css for the website. I've now removed them and added in the background images via css, but for some reason in Safari and Firefox, when the page loads, you can see the image placeholder colors used for a split second as the page loads (then the real background images takes its place). to me, this looks tacky. I've went over the code, deleted cookies, deleted the directory that the website went into and made a new one, and nothing I've tried seems to be fixing this issue. Any thoughts?
