image map to url

Hi, I'm creating my navbar links with an image map but one of the links will
go to a different url. I created the hotspot and typed in the url.When I
click the folder link the url does come up in a window with my root folder
items. I do get the url with some preceeding info in the address bar when I
try to preview it F12 but it doesn't actually go to the web page which does
exist on the web. Is that because it hasn't been uploaded yet. My other
navbar links preview fine.Hope this makes sense. Thanks, Scout
