IE problem when when zooming the page

Hi,

I have this page http://www.hauppauge.com/new-dw-site/

In IE when I zoom in or out on the page the top nav gets mangled. The vertical
lines, or pipes, in between the top nav doesn't flow with the text.

I created this top nav using this

and on the tutorial page this does not happen in IE so I have no idea what I
did different.

All of your sizes must be relative not specific. xx-smal is relative 1px is not.

The size of the fonts or the containers? Or both?

ems are relative, right?
