IE PC Flash Video Player not working?

The Flash player I have seems to not be working on certain pc. My client
is complaining it does not work on their computer. I am on a mac, so I
can't see it. Could you tell me it these work on your PC and if not,
what version of IE you are using.

I know that I don't have the active content fix. The problem my client
is complaining about is that the player comes up and then just sits
there. What would that indicate the problem is?

No problems at all. In all three cases, the video played.

IE6 XP SP2
That's about as up to date as you get with IE without installing an IE7
beta.
