Default IE 6.0 Browser Questions - 11-23-2004 , 11:59 AM

#1) Is there a way to make a new browser open when an image is clicked on that
will set the broswer to a specific location on the Screen, Upper Left Corner to
be exact. #2) I have created a table and inserted pictures of Buildings that
my company has designed and they have all been scaled to the same size and
resolution, but one shows that it is located higher on the screen than the
others when viewed in IE 6.0. When viewed in Mozilla, it is fine. What wrong?

1. You can use the normal "open browser window" behavior (or window.open
javascript function), then just go in and find the options list for the
window (width=x,height=y, etc) and add left=0,top=0 to that list.

2. Can you post a URL?

Thanks for the reply. I have posted the web page with some pictures in it,
although they are not the right ones yet. The following address is for the web
page. http://www.rlmrlm.com/municipal_faclities.htm Thanks again, Kheinz

You have a <h3> tag surrounding the center image on your page. The <h3> tag
is making a new line below the picture, forcing it up above the other two.
Just remove that tag from around the <img> tag.
