I think I messed up the emx_nav_right.css file

Hello,

could someone please send me a link to re-download (or a way to copy) the
original emx_nav_right.css file that comes with the Halo template?

I was fumbling/editing it and I think I oversaved something really bad (now I
get all these error messages).

Messing something up in your CSS file will not give you error messages. I
think it's much more likely you messed something up in the code on the page.
