I have a google blog domain name and need to tranfer the domain to myson. How?

I have deleted the blog and remove the charge from credit card and
sent email to Google’s Robot! The domain is
itsatrippintime.com They still charged my card by sending a letter
saying another domain I own was due, so I paid it again and the email
results were I paid for the atrippintime.com again.
Can someone please tell me what I need to do or where to go to do the
transfer? I'm in the process of buying Dreamweaver CS4 so some of you
will possibly see more of me, Thanks, Asianjade

I made amistake it is http://www.atrippintime.com/
