I can't seem to be able to create a button properly

On my page, when I create a button...When the text in it is too long, it
doesn't resize to make it fit so I'm missing parts of it...And it won't move
from the top left corner of my page...Can someone help me? please

You need to upload it to your server, where ever the site is going to be
hosted...
Are these buttons created from a graphics program?
