I see three maps on that page. However, a quick look at the source
code shows that each of the maps is an image contained between an
opening <p> tag and a closing </a> tag. There are no opening <a> tags
and no closing </p> tags. Each of the <img> tags also has a completely
invalid target="_blank" attribute assigned.
