How to use Mpx extensions

Hello there, After installed a few Dreamweaver Extensions mpx files via
extension manager, I've tried to insert them into my page(s), and nothing
happened. Can Someone please tell me how this work? Thanks in advance.

After you install an extension, select it in the Extension Manager. You
will see text displayed that describes how to use that particular
extension. Every extension is different.
