How to stop browser blocking flash etc?

Hi there,
Since I installed the service pack 2 for windows XP, when ever I veiw my files
in the browser, the Flash content is annoyingly blocked and bleeps, I have to
click on "allow active x content", then widows asks me "if I'm sure" before I
can veiw it!
I have tried several options to disable it and allow blocked content but
cannot seem to stop the blocks. Has anyone found the way to stop it please, as
it is very time consuming when you're building a site from scratch and you need
to veiw it several times in the browser.

Well the easiest way is to stop using IE and get something like Firefox.
However, if you insist on using IE you must lower the security settings. I
believe the default is medium and it needs to be set to either low or medium
low for the warnings to stop.
