how to publish my swf/html files to web site?

Thanks for the time you put into this - it does seem the QT H264 codec is a bit
better, though a few hundred k bigger file size - though I know your flv was
converted from my mp4 and that caused much degradation. Would be nice if some
codec could get this 1:25 video down to under a mb with high quality, no heavy
pixilation and blurriness. But I don't know of any.
