How to make a test - extension?

I'm going to help a friend of mine to make a test with some questions and
answers and are told that it's made with ASP and a form but is there an
easier way to make this kind in Dreamweaver or maybe a program for doing
this or an extension?

I havent actually done this yet but may well have a go. Mick is the guy
who produces a quiz, both here and on the PV11 forums. Heres a tutorial

I have found this software http://www.questiontools.com/index.html and think
it can make what I'm looking for. Does some of you have experience with this
software good/bad?
