How do you change a link in a movie button?

I have a Flash movie and the page buttons are within the movie. On the 'home'
button there is a link on the button name and another link on the animated
simbol on the bottom line in the middle. I can change the link on the name but
how do I change the link in the animated symbol?

Open the movie's FLA file and change it there.

Yes that were I have been looking but I can't find where to change the link. I
have "welcome" button selected from "edit symbols" I can double click on the
"name" and change the link but where is the link for the symbol that moves on
the bottom line in the middle?

You would do this in Flash, not in DW.
