How do I unlock a file?

I have moved to another computer, my site as well. When I go to open or save a
file (page) I receive this message: Index.htm is a locked file and can be
viewed but not changed. How do I unlock the file?

Right click on the file and select "turn off read only", you might as well
select all the files and just unlock them all at once.
