i just wanted to know How Do I Publish My Website????

You need some sort of FTP software. Comes as standard with Dreamweaver or
GoLive etc. But there are other commercial versions out there. Type in your
FTP settings usually got from your hosting company. Couldn't be easier.

You get a web host who then provides you with FTP access so that you can
upload your files to the web server via Dreamweaver.

instructions you will get from them.
However, the URL to your site will probably be a bit awkward, like
http://www.webhost.com/~myaccount/.

So, find a domain name registrar like e.g. www.namecheap.com and get a
domain name, e.g. mysite.com. There you will get an account with the
name in which you can point it to the webhost's DNS (nameservers). In a
day or two, you will be able to access the site by using www.mysite.com
instead of the awkward http://www.webhost.com/~myaccount/.
