Default How to cut & paste data from a browser into an (Excel) spreadsheet? - 07-19-2004 , 05:07 AM

Hi

What's the best way to cut & paste data out of our Google-Ads reports
into msExcel (Office 2002)...
without all the f***ing Micro$oft HTML tags coming over?!

Likewise I dont want the campaign names (etc) to keep their hypertext links
- I JUST WANT THE DATA !!

I am using ms Internet Explorer (Win2K latests) and
Dreamweaver MX 2004, which I was *hoping* would be better
than Dreamweaver 4 at stripping out the Microsoft codes. But it isnt!

- Any thoughts?

P.S. There was something called "Detagger" knocking but it seemed
a combersome & slightly counter intuitive way to do it. It was unreliable
with larger files last time I tried it. (A few months ago).

In IE, right-click the table and select 'export to Excel'
