How to create a privacy policy for site

Hello, all. Is there a guide out on the Web that covers the creation of a
Web site's privacy policy (without a lot of legal jargon)? I searched on
Google, typing in "privacy policy" + "how to" and couldn't find any free
resources. Thanks.

Thanks, towcan's. I've thought of that, but also hoped there'd be some
resource. You're right, though; the other choice is to go to a lawyer and
have it over with.

I gave up on Google and went to the W3C site:
http://www.w3.org/Privacy/Activity.html Looks like it's good, general start.
