How does one go about doing that in DW MX 2004?

well I'd use a <div>:

<div style="height: 100px; overflow: auto;">content</div>

even though it scrolls in the browser, in DW, all of the text is still there,
still causing my other table on the left to have a huge amount of space at the
top of it, making it wonky. Any ideas? Here is the page:
http://www.djstevens.com/poems.htm As you can see, the huge spaces are
unacceptable.
