Hotspot - Rollover - Image Swap

I have a web page with a large picture on the left side. On this big picture I
have a small hotspot that is supposed to swap a 'blank' picture and a picture
of a house on 'mouse-over' which are located on the right handside of the page.
The mouse-over and mouse-out are working fine on the swap images but on
mouse-over the large picture under the Hotspot disapears. I want this big
picture to remain stationary and visable all the time under the hotspot.

please give a url address to the page, and name what image it is you have as
the trigger?

Second suggestion-
The location of the changing image on the page, "image3" is way down on the
page- it's not visible when doing the mouseover of the Acre words on the
upper half of the map. So the changed image won't be visible for many folks.
with my browser set to fullscreen of 1024/768 it was still out of view; i
usually keep browser at around 750/600 or so. When i first viewed the page i
couldn't notice anything happening when i moused over stuff at all until i
started looking at code and playing with browser size.
