Hosting question, please help me

Dear all My site having a good ranking in most of the SEs. Now I am having
problem with my current hosting provider ( They considering of closing down ) ,
I am looking for new hosting provider, my question is, will it affect my search
engine ranking if I change another provider? Your valued feed back
appreciated.

No. The crawlers will search your site by going to the domain name, they
don't care what server they're being pointed to..
