just so you know, changing the subject for your question doesn't improve
the chances someone will answer - and the question above, read by
itself, is cryptic.

the simplest and most x-browser compatible way to embed sound is to use
Flash -- import the soundfile, make a movie clip that contains the sound
file (set it to loop), drop the movie clip into the timeline, then
export a swf. Use Insert>Media>Flash to insert the swf in a an
absolutely positioned div that is off-screen to the left and/or top so
that it is invisible.

Other than that, you can embed the wav in your page, but that is not
necessarily a x-browser solution. Use the Behaviors panel and choose
Play Sound, locate the soundfile, and set the event (onload to play when
the page loads). This won't loop the sound, though.

Flash is the best solution.

to use flash its weird i dont know I just changed the flash bg the same and
made sound file in it then brought it into dreamweaver hid it off to the right
off the webpage its self just made the bg the same color it works that way well
I aint gonna get mad at it if it works lol thanks
