Default help with web site problems - 08-01-2004 , 10:44 PM

Ok im a beginner with websites and im having a problem which i am sure is a
stupid answer but i purchased a template with flash graphics from
4templates.com and it came with a index.html file,several context files,2flash
movies and 3 pics. The site said all i had to do use update the context files
and publish and that was it but when viewed users just see a blank screen and
it loads forever. What am i suppose to do with the context files,do i just edit
and leave them alone or do i put them in the html of the index file??someone
please help i am getting very frustrated.
thanks in advance,
gavin

What are the context files? are they html documents. You should be able to
edit these and then upload them.
Can not the company you purchased them from offer any help? They should
:-)
