Trying to upload my website....the files are ready....click up.....

currently my homepage just has some wrtinting on it and no homepage
www.dianamcclure.com...
will my homepage index.html automatically come up?

Methinks you uploaded your files to the wrong place. They're not in the root
directory at www.dianamcclure.com.
