Default Help total Beginner - 11-13-2004 , 08:59 AM

I am so new I am not sure what the little list above this message box
means! Okay yes I understand B - for Bold etc., but not the others too well.

I need some help with learning about html and web building. We do have a site
but it was built for us and that option is rapidly disappearing. The URL is
www.tangleddreams.co.uk and we try to help disabled writers, artists and
musicians get their work seen or heard. Well the heard bit hasn't actually
happened yet. Our son is acting as our webmaster but does not really want to
and the precious lad was, well, we won't go into that. Basically although not
yet registered as a charity, in effect we are. We do not charge our clients
upfront for the work we do and what we charged afterwards would depend on what
their financial situation was! If bad, we'd charge nothing. If anyone can help
please contact us at :-
thefutureco (AT) aol (DOT) com
please DO NOT USE the contact addresses on the web site. Below this message it
says, Do not parse emotions. What on earth does that mean? I mean I know how to
parse Latin and Greek but what the blazes is it doing here? See what I mean
about being a beginning! I shall put little ticks or rather spots in the boxes
as it would seem obvious it is the right thing to do. Hope I'm right,
Yours struggling not to drown
Robert

I'm not really sure what your question is.

And if the interface of the webforum confuses you (and why wouldn't it?),
simplify by using OutlookExpress or Entourage, and come over to the NNTP
forum (where all the cool guys hang out) -

news://forums.macromedia.com/macromedia.dreamweaver

Finally, there are tons of people around here who will help you with
knowledge, but all of us are professionals with our own agenda, so I am not
optimistic that you will find pro bono help with the actual webmastering....

But ask your questions!
