Help Please Upload Problem!! Desperate!

:frown;Real puzzle. On a Mac with OS X, Dreamweaver studio 2004, had no problem
uploading to site. Then, out of the blue it said it could not upload to site.
So check all the settings. Ran a test and it says that it connects fine. Try to
upload a page and it gives an error message that it cannot connect with site.
Have reinstalled program... no help. Have checked with other computers (win) to
same site with no problems on uploading. Only thing that has changed in the Mac
OS is the preferences, which was blocking downloading in any browsers. That was
changed when speaking with apple. ?? is it possible that this has also changed
something for Dreamweaver?? Please help. Desperate

What is the exact message? Is FTP enabled? (Sys Pref >> Sharing)

Yes, ftp was enabled, none of the settings had been changed. It uploaded on
Tuesday no problem and then Wednesday would not allow upload.... did allow
download?? So we tried another ftp program.... bullet, it connected with
server and would download, but not upload. We have since come up with....
there is an error occuring within OSX. So we were going to Apple directly.
