Help needed w/DW3 and meta tags - 09-01-2003 , 10:46 AM

I have a ? regarding old DW3 and meta tags. My meta tags do not seem to work. Am I missing something? I am not using templates. Please go to www.turismoscooters.com to view what I did. This might sound like a lame question to some but I would help out tremendously. thanks in advance.
