If you are using DW 2004, then the O'Reilly reference books are included
with "Help". Click on "Help" and then, "Reference". The Reference panel will
include a pick list of O'Reilley books.

The best way is to slice up your image export to a folder in your defined DW
site.
Then make a plan of how this page is to be laid out and using tables
(probably the best solution for you being so new) , and import your graphics
into the table cells. I would strongly advise against exporting the html
that comes with PS - it was give you an inflexible and fragile structure
that can break as soon as you start adding content. Also, get into design
view not layout mode. Learn how to insert tables, rather than 'draw' them
on th epag.

This may be of some help

Also check out the table tutorial in my sig - gives you a good
understanding of how to build a flexible layout using tables.
